Kids I Want to Hire Tomorrow

At DJI research facilities in Shenzhen and around the world, we are coming up with new and exciting breakthroughs every day. Our aerial drone technologies will transform entertainment, agriculture, environmental protection and many other important areas of our society. The key ingredient to our success has been the incredibly creative and talented people in our 3,000 strong team.

We are graduating more students in technology and science now than ever before, but by no means enough of them. Our economy in China is witnessing an accelerating adaptation of technology into every industry and now the supply of talent is the one biggest barrier to growth. I’m enthusiastic that programs like Owala will introduce more of our young people to the exciting possibilities offered by careers in the science and technology field. Chinese engineers and scientists are going to help create a fascinating tomorrow. What we can do as parents and leaders is to give them every opportunity to rise to this challenge.
